About Strength of Center
Years ago, when I started teaching the combination of yoga and pilates, I had no idea how much it would change the way I look at exercise.  I also had no idea how many people would feel the same way.  I believe that our energy, confidence and fitness all stem from the center of the body.  When we are feeling confident and proud, we stand a little taller and we smile a little bit more.  It is about learning to love and accept who we are, from the inside out.
So I introduce to you my first DVD: Strength of Center...the fusion of yoga and pilates.  The DVD is segmented into 4 different workouts: core (front), core (back), standing strength segments and a balance and flexibility segment.  You may choose to do a couple of the routines or join me for the entire 70 minute workout.  I hope that you enjoy this workout as much as I have enjoyed bringing it to you!  So take that journey to a more fit and healthier you!
